How does delivery work?

Your sauna arrives as a DIY kit, securely packed on a large pallet and delivered via LTL freight. The driver will lower it to the ground at the curb (curbside delivery) and contact you in advance to schedule a convenient drop-off time. From there, you can move the individual panels to your build site — most pieces are easy to handle with two people.

Each shipment includes tracking updates and protective packaging to ensure a smooth delivery. At the driver’s discretion, your sauna may be placed inside a nearby garage. Most saunas can be fully assembled by two people in less than a day, and our team is always available to assist if you have any questions.

What is the warranty?

Maxxus Saunas include 5 years of coverage on the wood structure (when properly maintained), the control panel, control-panel harnesses, and interior lights from the original date of purchase.

Shipping

Maxxus Saunas include free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, and this also applies to any additional accessories.
