How does delivery work?

Your sauna arrives as a DIY kit, securely packed on a large pallet and delivered via LTL freight. The driver will lower it to the ground at the curb (curbside delivery) and contact you in advance to schedule a convenient drop-off time. From there, you can move the individual panels to your build site — most pieces are easy to handle with two people.

Each shipment includes tracking updates and protective packaging to ensure a smooth delivery. At the driver’s discretion, your sauna may be placed inside a nearby garage. Most saunas can be fully assembled by two people in less than a day, and our team is always available to assist if you have any questions.

How is the sauna built?

This sauna use Natural Reforested Canadian Hemlock, a strong, stable wood with a smooth grain that handles heat well and keeps its shape. It’s durable, clean-looking, and built to last.
