This sauna includes a two-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, as well as damage that occurs prior to transportation. The warranty does not cover natural wood variations such as color changes, knots, or cracking, normal wear and tear, improper assembly or installation, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events including natural disasters or war.

Leil saunas require a 220–240V hardwired connection with a dedicated breaker for the heater. A separate dedicated 120V circuit is also required to power accessories such as lighting and control systems. If you choose the wood-burning stove option, only a 120V connection is required for the LED lighting (if selected).

Your sauna arrives as a DIY kit, securely packed on a large pallet and delivered via LTL freight. The driver will lower it to the ground at the curb (curbside delivery) and contact you in advance to schedule a convenient drop-off time. From there, you can move the individual panels to your build site — most pieces are easy to handle with two people.
Each shipment includes tracking updates and protective packaging to ensure a smooth delivery. At the driver’s discretion, your sauna may be placed inside a nearby garage. Most saunas can be fully assembled by two people in less than a day, and our team is always available to assist if you have any questions.
