NW Immersion has been a great help during my sauna build. I found them a little late in the build process, but right in time. I was able to get beautiful tongue and groove clear cedar. I gave Eric my dimensions and he got me setup with exactly what I needed. Then to finish things out, he setup me up with cedar for my benches and walked me through the tips a tricks of making the style bench that he puts in his custom builds. Speaking of custom builds, he walked me through a few of them happening in his shop and they are well thought out and immaculate. I would recommend NW Immersion if you are looking for someone else to build a custom setup for you, and if you don't use them for a build you are working on yourself you are missing out on great pricing, and a wealth of knowledge and experience.

My wife and I are DIYers and we were looking for help in design and materials for building our in home sauna. We found NW Immersion online and decided to visit their showroom for ideas and material sourcing. Once we met Michelle and Eric, we knew we had walked into the right business to help us. They not only provided knowledgeable answers to a lot of our questions about design and materials, but they were also very encouraging along the way. Once we got started, I let Eric know what materials I needed and he had everything ready and waiting for me. I was a little worried that I didn't pick out any of the cedar pieces like I would normally do at a hardware store. Once I was finished putting up all the cedar pieces and putting together the benches, I realized that every piece of wood I purchased was high quality clear cedar. On top of that, Eric had estimated the perfect amount I needed for not only the ceiling and walls, both also for the construction of the benches. I would highly recommend sourcing your materials from NW Immersion if you are planning a sauna project and want to be sure you are getting the best quality materials at a good price. We completed out sauna and are excited with how it turned out. My wife and I thank Michelle and Eric for the help with our technical questions and encouragement they provided along the way. I will encourage anyone looking to buy or build a sauna to stop by NW Immersion's showroom, you will not be disappointed.

We recently ordered a sauna stove kit from NW Immersion Co. Michelle was so helpful from start to finish. She was friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions, and kept us up to date on tracking. While visiting their showroom we were given a tour of their build shop. They had several sauna units in various stages of construction. My husband and I were very impressed by the build quality and attention to detail that has clearly gone in to each unit. It was obvious that they are very passionate about delivering quality units to their customers. We will definitely be visiting them again soon to stock up on sauna towels and other accessories.

Eric and Michelle were incredibly hardworking and professional. They delivered a top quality product by building us a custom sauna in an efficient manner.
